1. The water chloride contents used in the hydrostatic test shall not be more than 25mg/L, and should be blown dry in time after the test

2. Stainless steel cannot be pickling with reducitc acids such as hydrochloric acid

3.The rules of media compatibility  from <supervision regulation on safety technology for stationary pressure vessel> must be strictly observed.

4.Prevent scratches  the surface of stainless steel elliptical head.

5. Avoid direct contact with carbon steel and iron ion contamination.

6. Dont storage in open air and anti-rain

7. The excessive restraint stress should be prevented during constructional design

8. After the elliptical head and cylinder body welding together. The welding seam, heat affected zone and the surrounding slags, spatters, and contaminants should be promptly cleaned up, and carry out PT inspection and surface pickling.
